About Me
Hi, I’m Aidan.
Originally for Ireland, now living in Yorkshire, I’ve been interested in food and sport my whole life (and yes, it is food first, sport second).
My sporting experience covers hurling (if you’re not familiar, look it up) to endurance cycling, running, strength training and even competitive ballroom dancing. But my nutrition philosophy has been consistent:
“Let’s not make this more complicated than it needs to be”.
So much of what we hear about nutrition these days is overcomplicated, barely evidence-based nonsense designed to hook you into paying for something you don’t need. The Dolmen Approach is to strip nutrition back to what is really beneficial for health and performance, and making sure clients are doing the right things consistently.
It doesn’t need to be expensive, or fancy, or complicated, but it does need to be effective, affordable, and achievable.
